UNISYS WORLD HEADQUARTERS
Arborcrest is located in Blue Bell, Pa. on the UNISYS campus. Arborcrest features one of Benner & White’s larger scale EIFS jobs with appx. 30,000sf of specialty Limestone & Creative Granite STO finishes. Our carpentry package includes the buildings core and shell at Arborcrest. This particular job had a very tight schedule, and Benner & White worked closely with the general contractor “The Norwood Company” to help them meet this demanding deadline. At one point B&W had approximately 40 workers on the jobsite between our framing, drywall, EIFS, and stucco crews.
Benner & White’s key players on this job include job Foreman Bobby Engler, Superintendent Bob Cardillo, and project manager Kimberly Marino. Together we worked diligently to make sure this job was a success by communicating with the architect & general contractor to ensure their vision is properly executed, meeting all deadlines, following all OSHA requirements, ordering long lead specialty items, and offering a high quality service.
In addition to the framing, carpentry, stucco, & EiFS for the core and shell of this elaborate building, our scope expands to include the installation of the following specialty products: Axiom Trim, Pitcon Reveals, Interior & Exterior Aluminum Column Covers, as well as Alucobond Metal Panels.
